The unknown victim

Though he wasn't wearing a brown paper bag on his head, a well dressed Italian man, about thirty-five years of age, was found Ninety-Seven years ago today with five bullet holes on his person but no identification. Was it a hit? Well, it wasn't a robbery because he was found with his gold watch and almost twelve bucks on him. In today's money that would be worth uh... uhm, well more than twelve bucks. So, hit, vendetta, crime of passion, target practice...take your choice and have a good weekend.
