Do not litter.
The dead body of Joe Galas was carelessly tossed in the street on this
date back in 1928 with a bullet in the head. Police said that Joe was
the victim of a bootleggers feud. Police said a lot of things that
weren't necessarily true but we will take their word for it in Joe's case
